# Annex on Authenticity Check

This English text is a courtesy translation. The Vietnamese version is the sole authoritative text (Article on Language).

This document is an Annex to the Terms of Service and forms part of the DonQuaan Community Legal Framework. It publishes the list of Official Channels of the Server and the principles for verifying authenticity. It is binding upon the Owner, the Staff and the Members within the scope of the Server, and it also serves as a public basis on which any person may verify whether a channel, an account or an email address belongs to the Server.

### Article 0. Scope and reading guide

0.1. This document restates, in the form of a public notice, the substantive provisions of TOS §6.1, §6.2 and §6.3, so that persons outside the Server may carry out verification.

0.2. The Server referred to in this document is the Discord server named "DonQuaan", identifier 1342729473245577267.

0.3. The authenticity of an email address is determined by the domain: every address at the domain donquaan.com belongs to the Server, including an address not named in Article 1; an address not named there is an address with its own reserved function. An email address not at the domain donquaan.com, and any channel or account not named in the list under Article 1, shall not be regarded as belonging to the Server and shall be treated as impersonation, without exception; the sole exception is the backup mailbox [contact.donquaan@gmail.com](mailto:contact.donquaan@gmail.com) under the Terms of Service §6.1(i).

0.4. Where the content of this document differs from the TOS, the TOS shall prevail.

### Article 1. List of Official Channels

The Official Channels of the Server consist of, and only of:

a) The Discord server identifier: the Server "DonQuaan", identifier 1342729473245577267;

b) The website: [donquaan.com](https://donquaan.com/); the full text of the Community Legal Framework is published at the [legal framework publication page](https://donquaan.com/discord);

c) The [Single-Window Channel](https://discord.com/channels/1342729473245577267/1343099398720065559): the ticket channel receiving requests, which is the fastest point of intake and is recommended as the preferred route;

d) Official inbound email addresses: [support@donquaan.com](mailto:support@donquaan.com) (support and complaints; the usual response time is 24 hours; matters requiring review may take 1 to 3 days, or 3 to 7 days depending on the case) · [private@donquaan.com](mailto:private@donquaan.com) (security reports and anonymous reports) · [contact@donquaan.com](mailto:contact@donquaan.com) (general contact);

e) The sole official outbound email address: [notify@donquaan.com](mailto:notify@donquaan.com), which uses the Server's own domain, sends only and receives no mail, and is authenticated by the SPF, DKIM and DMARC standards; those authentication standards are published at the [annex on authenticity check](https://donquaan.com/discord/verify); the technical configuration shall be completed before the effective date of 18 August 2026. Any free-mail address or other variant claiming to act for the Server shall constitute impersonation;

f) Official social media accounts: the list of the official social media accounts of the Server and of the Owner is published solely in the footer of [donquaan.com](https://donquaan.com/); as at the date of promulgation, that list comprises Facebook, Twitch, X, Spotify, YouTube, Roblox, GitHub, Discord and HubSpot; the list in the footer is the most recent version and shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy; any account not appearing in that list constitutes impersonation;

g) The [official rules channel](https://discord.com/channels/1342729473245577267/1342766172000616490): the channel in which the Community Legal Framework is published and pinned within the Server;

h) The [official announcement channel](https://discord.com/channels/1342729473245577267/1529782982016110642): any announcement made in the name of the Server shall take effect only where it is posted in this channel.

### Article 2. No alternative channel, server or replica

2.1. The Server has no sub-server, no publicly announced backup server and no other official replica beyond those listed in Article 1.

2.2. An invitation to move to a new server or to a backup server shall be valid only where it is cross-posted in at least two Official Channels, one of which must be the website. An invitation that does not satisfy this condition is forged.

### Article 3. The No-Money-Request principle

The principle laid down in this Article applies in perpetuity and admits of no exception.

a) No person or entity of the Server, including the Owner, the Staff, event organisers and the Server's bots, may send a private message to request money, to charge a fee, to request a bank transfer, to request a deposit, to require payment of a prize-claim fee or a reservation fee, or to send a payment QR code, on any ground whatsoever, including where the accompanying voice, image or video matches a real person;

b) All valid financial requests and financial information of the Server exist in one place only, namely the donation intake point published in a fixed manner, publicly and cross-referenced on the website, as provided in the [annex on donations](https://donquaan.com/discord/donate). The Server does not change payment information by private message, by urgent notice, or with a deadline attached;

c) Any message contrary to point (a) or point (b) shall be deemed fraudulent or forged, including where it originates from an account or a bot bearing the marks of the genuine holder, since such an account may have been compromised. Members are under a duty not to comply with such a request and are invited to report it through the [Single-Window Channel](https://discord.com/channels/1342729473245577267/1343099398720065559).

### Article 4. Verification of outbound email

4.1. The sole official outbound email address of the Server is [notify@donquaan.com](mailto:notify@donquaan.com), authenticated by the SPF, DKIM and DMARC standards.

4.2. Any mail purporting to act in the name of the Server that is sent from any other address, including an address of similar appearance, is forged.

### Article 5. Safety emergencies

In an emergency involving human safety, the person concerned shall contact 111 (the national child protection hotline) or 115 (medical emergency) directly. The channels of the Server do not substitute for the competent authorities.

### Article 6. Effect, amendment and order of precedence

6.1. This document takes effect on the effective date stated in the document control block and is binding as an integral part of the Terms of Service.

6.2. Any amendment to the list under Article 1 shall take effect only where it is announced in the [official announcement channel](https://discord.com/channels/1342729473245577267/1529782982016110642) and published at the [legal framework publication page](https://donquaan.com/discord).

6.3. Where there is a conflict between this document and another document of the Community Legal Framework, the order of precedence shall be that laid down by the Terms of Service.

6.4. The invalidity of any provision of this document shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
